Planning With the Wrike Agile Project Management Software

One thing I loved when I entered the dashboard was the calendar and an outlook-type look spreadsheet. Nice to have that feature all in one! So often I’m going between emails and a calendar as well as an excel spreadsheet. Does this sound a little familiar?

Wrike integrations
Wrike has integrated with Microsoft so no wonder it looked and felt like excel. It makes it easy to upload and share these kinds of programs.

Not only is Wrike integrated with Microsoft but also with Google, SalesForce, Adobe, Github, and Box. Imagine how much you can get done with all these integrations.

Scheduling with Wrike too

Do you like having a schedule for your content marketing? If you do you will love this project management software. If you don’t, it will help you to like one now.

Additionally, it helps you but it will also help your team as well. You can include due dates along the way with your projects for teammates. No one will miss a deadline again.

Status Updates with the Best Project Management Software

Have you missed an email before or waited around for one that didn’t come? With this management software, you can post and view status updates. Sort of like with social media.

Requesting a status update allows you to promptly send a pre-written status request to the task’s assignees (or any other user you would like to request a status update from).

In order to see a Task shared, Folder, or Project in Wrike, that item must be shared with you. This means that what you see in your Workspace may be different from what your teammates see in their Workspaces.

Furthermore, all the items that have attachments like Microsoft office products. These can be worked on right from using the best project management software. Surprisingly less email will be needed to do projects.

In addition on April 4, 2018, Wrike was awarded one of the PC Mag Awards for Best Project Management Software of 2018! They were one of 10 that received this great award for 2018.

I have worked in an MNC and in most of these software service companies. All the work is done by the project management tool.
You can not handle a team of 100-200 people and that’s where these tools come in handy.

    • Lisa says:

Hi Bhawna, thank you for that piece of information. I could not imagine handling a team that big without any project management tool available. What is MNC? Have a great day!

    Hi Lisa,

Interesting that you should write about project management software just now.

I don’t need it for my online business, being “just me”, but I have an offline construction business with my son and his wife and we’re struggling to juggle everything that need to be done.

I shall certainly investigate whether Wrike could help us manage our project.

    Hi Lisa,

I have managed or be in charge of projects and can rightly tell you that, sometimes it can be overwhelming, which is why you need the help of a project management software to take the workload off your hands. I know of some amazing project management softwares such as: Slack, Freshdesk, Zoho Sprints, and ServiceDesk Plus. Wrike is new to me, just heard of it from this article. • Wrike is really on the ball Lisa. If you want to manage projects seamlessly you need software in place to handle all the moving parts. No way around that. Either fail miserable or dive in, use a service like Wrike and keep things running smoothly. Anybody who has ever managed a team understands how overwhelming this experience feels at times. Save yourself headaches and use software to keep your team on the same page.

    • Lisa says:

Hi Ryan, yes – having software to manage is really makes sense as you grown your team and business. It stops wasted time – and that’s a pet peeve of mine! Time is money and life is too short to waste time too. I’m all for saving headaches too.
Thanks for coming by Ryan and I hope you enjoy the rest of your week there. I’m still seeing awesome pictures everywhere 🙂
