I have worked in an MNC and in most of these software service companies. All the work is done by the project management tool.
You can not handle a team of 100-200 people and that’s where these tools come in handy.

I don’t need it for my online business, being “just me”, but I have an offline construction business with my son and his wife and we’re struggling to juggle everything that need to be done.

I have managed or be in charge of projects and can rightly tell you that, sometimes it can be overwhelming, which is why you need the help of a project management software to take the workload off your hands. I know of some amazing project management softwares such as: Slack, Freshdesk, Zoho Sprints, and ServiceDesk Plus. Wrike is new to me, just heard of it from this article. I so much love the images you used for this post, video by Wrike and the infographic. The infographic for example, gives readers a view of the who, why, how, etc of the Wrike software. It goes to show that every business need a software like Wrike to help you execute your projects smoothly.

Wrike is really on the ball Lisa. If you want to manage projects seamlessly you need software in place to handle all the moving parts. No way around that. Either fail miserable or dive in, use a service like Wrike and keep things running smoothly. Anybody who has ever managed a team understands how overwhelming this experience feels at times. Save yourself headaches and use software to keep your team on the same page.
