I use Tailwind to track my Pinterest and Instagram growth. For Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn I use Friendsplus.me. However your suggestion on how to use Google Analytics is an excellent tip. I will research how to do this and test my analytics there vs Tailwind and Friendsplus.

keeping an eye on Social media statistics will let know about the audience and what they are intersted in. And most of the social media too shows the impressions and engagement of the posts shared in it.

so, with a company page, you can get your analytics.

Depending on the skills mentioned in the profiles, it filters a decent audience to target.
Though it’s limited for the free users.

I’m more inclined to your point on ‘Finding your audience’. Measuring social media analytics is of utmost importance, most especially if you are in ecommerce trade business. majority of active social media users are youths and almost 65% are females.

Hi Dare, I am not sure I agree with 65% being youth as the age of new users on both Twitter and Facebook are over 41 now. Many are joining to see pictures of their grand kids. And the younger ones are turning to Snapchat and Instagram. And YouTube has highly male audience.
