The budget is important not only for your own planning purposes but also for ensuring that you are providing people with the most exciting day possible. After all, as long as you have a budget that you are working within, you know what your upper limit is.
Going close to that upper limit is going to mean you can extend and expand on what the event is going to achieve – all without worrying about the wider effect on your business’ finances in the long run. That’s a great, subtle way to make it a much more successful event.

After all, if the event will be online, be sure to use social media to market this big event. LinkedIn would be a good choice for most business events but depending on your audience you may need other networks as well.
Not every social media network will be needed to promote your event, be sure to pick them wisely.
