Tweets for Twitter – Do you ever notice that they are some tweets for Twitter that just make you smile? And others around you must wonder when you are looking at your mobile phone or at your desk just smiling at the computer? Peeps only have 140 characters to get a point across or engage with others so using them to make someone smile is not always an easy task.

Some may wonder – what is that all about? It could be something funny someone shared or their good news of the day or something that maybe you inspired someone to do and they succeeded. Gotta loves those tweets that make you smile! Of course every now and then you read sad news via Twitter too - usually a famous person that has passed away or about a major devastating earthquake or event. So let’s really cherish those happy tweets and give them a star favorite too!

Which of the tweets made you smile the most? I think the one with my friend finding out she’s cancer free would be my favorite. Without your health you cannot do anything and we usually don’t realize it until we don’t have it.

Hi Lisa,
I do love using Twitter and it does make me smile once in a while. I don’t really star the tweets but I would if I would find it was really inspirational. One famous tweet that I like a lot is: This is so much better than having fun

Twitter is my main Social Networking tool for serious busyness. Some of the tweets are hilarious. Try any of the trending topics at twitter.
Some people have away with words. I like to (sometimes) do a little random semi – funny posts. I’ve got some pretty hilarious Tweets back on those too! And – of course – my spelling errors contribute to the fun, I hope…

I loved all of them and I think using Twitter to make others smile and give a little joy and brevity to their day is a perfect side use for this amazing platform. I think my favorites that you’ve listed here are the one where Brenda found out she’s cancer free, the RockScar Love tweet about people who make our work days brighter, and HER Social Network’s tweet about hiding the hockey mask. LOL
I can almost hear your laugh Samantha too on HER Social Network’s….It’s nice to have those exchanges there while we are doing so much more in our days too.

Great post. I often find myself laughing over tweets and FB status. It is these little bursts of happiness that keeps us going.
On twitter I usually retweet things that make me laugh. I reserve the favorites for tweets I want to refer to again.
